Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate operational activities including administration, finance and HR duties. You will be responsible to support company operations by ensuring proper flow in day to day activities and maintaining organizational policies. You will also be responsible to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. You will be responsible for implementing visual and interactive elements that users engage with through their web browser when using a web application. You will be responsible to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

We are seeking a detail oriented sales administration personnel who excels in communication and has a good understanding of sales processes.  As a channel manager at Rosebay, you will help Rosebay, an award winning technology incubation company based in Kuala Lumpur manage its sales channels in Asia.  Candidates will have a high attention to detail, excellent communication in English and excel in a team environment.  This role is for a highly detail oriented candidate who can work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Rosebay’s sales channels in Asia (typically Japanese sales channels)
  • Serve as the focal point for sales administration tasks (sales contract review, sales negotiations, on-time payment coordination with partners and customers)
  • On-board new sales partners globally and manage relationship in countries with no ground sales staff.

Rosebay is seeking three individuals of varying degree of seniority for its Product and Project management positions. The candidate will be a dynamic and analytical individual whose role spans activities from strategic to tactical, providing important cross-functional leadership to a team of designers, engineers and sales personnel. You will be responsible for developing and managing new products and delivering a variety of products built on top of their platform. You will be responsible for leading the product development with primary responsibility for owning the product roadmap and ensuring it gets delivered on time and on-quality.

Rosebay is seeking for a Python Developer to join our engineering team and help us develop and maintain various software products. Your responsibilities include writing and testing code, debugging programs and integrating applications with third-party web services. To be successful in this role, you should have experience scripting testing tools and other small bots which automate tasks involving scraping and parsing.
