How it Works

Asset management, not a burden anymore

Fixed Asset Management System protects fixed assets from loss and mismanagement by accurately tracking each asset and the person or branch it is assigned to. Asset Parameter Setup allows you to enter assets into the system details like asset code, purchase price, depreciation percentage, write off period, branch assigned and assign it to a particular asset category. These assets can be managed by modifying parameters related to asset bookings such as uploads, revisions, requests, and approval. Gate passes can also be issued and a series of history can be generated to monitor these passes. To acquire a new asset, a requisition needs to be filed by the branch. Only when a request has been approved by an authorized person, the purchase order can be generated. Asset summary, depreciation summary, and stock statement reports can also be extracted using the MIS reporting feature. Apart from that all bills and insurance related information such as issue/ expiry date and extent of coverage can also be entered in the system.

Asset Management made easy

The Fixed Asset Management System has enabled companies to achieve up to 20% minimization of fixed asset losses. Tax filings are completed in a day as compared to 3 days earlier. Asset Reports are easily generated for auditing purposes. Monitoring of branch level asset requisition has been possible and the time for procurement of assets have gone down to as much as 3 days from 2 weeks. The losses of requisitions and purchase bills are no more a problem because they can be scanned and stored in the system for later reference. Now it is much easier to plan for new asset acquisition and old asset disposal because of effective monitoring and updates available from the system. All the asset updates performed on the system can be traced to minimize errors and induce better decisions.
